The Overall objective of the project is to expand the coverage of improved water supply and sanitation facilities to underserved populations, specially to poor and remote areas, and to improve health and hygiene practices related to water borne diseases .
The consulting services will support Project Management Unit and Water and sanitation support team (WSST) in regular monitoring and evaluation process; and guide WSST in supervising software activities . It will also facilitate water user and sanitation committee and NGOs by preparing the contract / procurement documents on behalf of WSST . Consulting services mainly areas related to gender and social development; financial management and procurement; monitoring and evaluation and GIS . |
