The
Telecommunication Sector Reform Project aims
to strengthen the policy, legal and regulatory
environment in the telecommunications sector
to facilitate competition and private sector
participation, including increasing rural access
to services by encouraging private investment
and operations.
The main objective of the consulting services
is to enhance the capacity of FMD/MOIC in meeting
the challenges to telecom policy making, implementation,
monitoring and radio spectrum management brought
about.
