TMS has implemented various sized projects in the areas of inclusion, empowerment, social transformation, community development, etc which are geared toward bringing about a new form of equitable and developed society. TMS has provided specialist consulting and management services to Government and Non-Government Organizations and International development agencies and has developed an expertise in this sector.

Good governance

TMS has worked for projects in governance to promote good governance with interest in reform of the state and the building of a civil society. These include themes such as:

• parliamentary, judicial, and civil service reform;
• the building up of NGO's and community action groups

Health

Health management is a specialized form of management in itself requiring vast expeirence in healthcare delivery as well as management.
