The Department of Water Resources and Irrigation intends to carry out Hydrological Analysis and river planning for the Keshaliya River, the Singhia River, and the Lohandta River to develop a flood control master plan.

Objectives of the project:

The objective of the project is:

To understand the hydraulic characteristics of the target river basin selected for Flood Control M/P;
To formulate the flood hazard map and flood risk map;
To understand and follow the necessary process to formulate the Flood Control M/P with the government;
To finalize the Flood Control M/P in the target river basin.

The services that will be carried out during the contract period are as follows:

1. Hydrology Analysis

Formulating the flood defense plan, overall examination of the river flood control, water utilization, and environmental conservation.
